Tried eating oatmeal for brekkie. I was hungry 30 min later. Seems like eating eggs and veggies are better for a brekkie.

I'm not a fan of the taste of oatmeal; the only kind I've ever tried that I liked was Chick-Fil-A's; I've probably tried 6 or 7 brands.

Try 1/4c skim yogurt instead of coconut milk, and 1/2 tbsp pumpkin seed protein powder with that oatmeal, works for me

erwinwarrior83 - i like the red mill. i use the gluten free, quick made. I just boil water and pour over the oatmeal. usually i like it with almond butter and blueberries but right now staying away from almond butter because I just can't stop at one scoop. : )
LotusLandJoe - I like the idea of coconut milk & protein - great idea! I avoid dairy. I think I'm sticking to oatmeal on days where i start my day with cycling. Thanks!!
