9st 10 (1 off at WW) Surprised I lost weight at WW this week and not surprised I've put on again today. I've filled in my logs today, going to try and keep my cals in under the out, even if only by tiny amount. That's this week's goal. The mini goals last week def seemed to help. First day of this week off, I've got to try and keep a lid on things.
61.7 kg Lost so far: 19.5 kg.    Still to go: 1.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
