I stuck to it another week!!!! So happy. I don't expect to lose large amounts each week so as long as I see the green down arrow all is good!! Going to try using the calorie tracker w/ this app as the samsung health doesn't sync properly. It motivates me to see the work I do on here however it's not correct. Have actually thought of switching to WW as it's easier to use and tracks better. Will give this app another week and see how it goes.
