I said the same thing ... then I realize after recapping of yesterday, my water intake was way down.
I thought why does it matter ... then ... huge thought...
Water moves the excess of yuckies out of you. If your holding on to things that should move out of your body
Bam ... there’s your extra pounds
Crazy huh

Are you weighing/measuring everything? I've found that and planning out my day so that I stay within my calories is crucial. Also watching portion sizes allows me to be able to have just about anything...

Rckc for the most part I am. Guess I need to be more careful about it. Its jist frustrating to feel like you are doing everything right and still have the scale yo-yo....I'm up then I'm down. There is no real rhythm or reason. I just get frustrated.

SO FRUSTRATING! I ate 2 cups of rice; next day gained 2 lbs. I'm on week two of no gluten, dairy, sugar, legumes. Cravings are outrageous but am down 5 lbs even with the rice gain. keep it up. women's bodies don't like to drop the lbs. I lose quickest on high veggie/protein (protein from mainly non-animal sources) & limiting calories to b/t 1300 & 1600 a day.

Do a carb cycle once a week to start off. Eating more good carbs in a day than you typically do. You will notice a big change. Then when your body becomes accustomed to that do it 2 days a week. This will speed up your metabolism big time. Don’t forget to keep your workouts in. Wish you well 😉
