Ok ... so it's Saturday afternoon and I have done great exercise today. So my goal for the rest of the day is to have an early dinner and not eat crap after.
I need to finish cleaning the house, reply to p trainer email re feedback on my new programme and sort my goals for tomorrow. I have a v busy week coming and will be on the road for most of it .... so I need to plan it v carefully. ... so do that tonight so as I have cooking time where needed for the week... tomorrow.
