I have been doing really really good at this!! First time going this long. Today is my cheat day!! I will still record all of my meals but eat anything I want. Even a donut!!!! lol If I don't have one of these days every few weeks or so I will fall down huge and binge. That I don't want. Still keeping up w/ the exercise as well. Although the "sync" w/ my galaxy watch and this app aren't doing very well. But I know that I've done it and that's what matters. Here's to another day!!!
