Down another pound, I'll take it as this has been a bit of a hectic week. My exercise hasn't been right on target every day, but I've kept up with the water, at least 60-70 ounces a day.

Took my MIL over to visit her hubby's gravesite, it'll be 3 years next month since he passed away, and with her bad days outweighing her good ones, it's not always easy to get her there. Stopped at Costco and did some much needed bulk shopping and by the time we got back, we were both wiped. Three hours just in drive time, makes for a long day.

Stopped and had a light lunch, I had a turkey sandwich and green salad & a cup of tea, so I didn't overdo. Hadn't had breakfast before we left, so had some spare calories for the day.

As long as I'm going down in weight or staying even, then I'm good. Would like to drop at least another 4 lbs before the cruise, we'll see how that goes.
106.1 kg Lost so far: 28.7 kg.    Still to go: 15.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Congrats on that last pound down! So hard to do when your week is as hectic as yours was. Best of luck getting ready for that cruise.

Thank you BuffyBear, I hate the plateaus, but I have to admit I slacked a bit, so had to get back on it. I'm now down 16 lbs since the start of my challenge (Jan 3rd) which I think is just right on. Not too fast, not too slow.
