It's a beautiful sunny day in Ireland today.... when I say sunny, I mean blue skies but it is very cold out. Better than the rain and winter feeling.... it feels more like early spring.... yippee!

Am really looking forward to the weekend, TGIF! I have no plans this weekend, have nothing to go to, TG! The first weekend in a while where I can just relax and catch up on sleep, etc.

Things are ok in the Shellsbells camp.... eating and exercising, just need to see the scales making a difference, which is not happening yet..... just need to be persistent and consistent!
