ShyGuy's Journal, 20 Feb 14

It's not the weekend yet, but I had a question on my mind that I've wanted to ask my buddies, for a while, as it's something I've done since I first started logging my food, here on fatsecret. When you weigh out your foods, such as roast chicken, ribs, or anything with bones in it; do you subtract the weight of the bones, from your totals, for a more accurate calorie count? I think it makes a difference, especially if you've gone over on your RDI for the day. It also gives you room for another snack, if you haven't gone over, and might want something else.
