I can’t believe I reached my (1st) goal. I did not think I’d have the patience to do it but here I am. I was pretty lazy about exercising because of a lack of motivation and energy; I also thought it wouldn’t lead to anything and that I would be wasting my time. I need to be more determined to exercise at least a couple times a week because I probably would’ve seen better results if I had done so in the first place. Hopefully by my birthday in April I can reach my 2nd goal!
