Having panicked about the twirls yesterday I also added more with meringue blueberries and clotted cream.
Today I was so worried that I have only eaten 602 calories including 6 cups of tea! I never realised I was this bothered.
Tomorrow I must try to eat sensible food at sensible times. That’s my goal! And breathe. ....
