I refuse to step on the scale this am. Tough weekend with bad choices and too much of those bad choices. I'll get back on schedule an weigh in on Wednesday to hopefully be back where I was on the 4th.

I am in the same boat ate horrible this weekend but I DID step on the scale - horrible. Keep positive, you'll get back down to where you were. I'm actually thinking of going back to South Beach. I was following that for over 2 years and I never felt hungry. I'm starving on this diet. Are you?

I am so with you! I love the weekends, but wish I could skip them for dieting reasons! I bet you are doing just great and have nothing to worry about! Keep your chin up!
