Since I love cabbage and don't eat pasta, I am going to try this recipe tonight: http://www.fatsecret.com/recipes/cabbage-noodles/Default.aspx I have some tomatoes that I grew last summer and "put up" and that is going to be a great and flavorful match. Thanks to Tim for posting/sharing.
