Hmm, my husband convinced me to have a drink in honor of our Annaversary. Actually I had 2 and weighed myself today and I have ganed 3 1/2 pounds. NEVER AGAIN!

Comments 
Most of that is water weight and once you are back on plan should be off in no time. You have to live while you lose so if it means going off plan occasionally to enjoy a beverage for event, it may be worth it. It's weird with alcohol. The scale can do down from dehydration or up the day after from bloat, lol!

I can't believe 2 drinks would do that to you! That's just ... cruel! lol But it does, I know. My weakness lately is Frosted Flakes (They're grrreat ya know); One bowl of that I swear I'm up the next day. Our bodies are strange. P.s. I hope u had a lovely Anniversary. Congratulations! ❤
