Kalau aku sebutannya ngemil, kalau cheat day, makan diatas TDEE, unt ngemil gini aku juga hampir tiap hari makan, cmn aku batasi jumlah kalorinya max 20% dari TDEE. Biar ga jenuh aja dietnya 😄
