Day 5 - Staying on track!!!! Reached my goal on my steps. I can't believe I did this all week!!!! Big test will be through the weekend, this is where I usually have "treat" night. I just can't do that yet! I have to search out other items that I can eat that allow me to stay with in my numbers. This is my goal this weekend.
