No longer tracking calories. Participating in my husband's super nutrient diet. He has MS and this diet is supposed to greatly reduce autoimmune symptoms. I am joining in to support him and so we don't have to cook separate meals. I will write down my food in a journal entry instead.

Smoothie (yummy) Cup of frozen fruit 3 cups spinach Cup and a half of Almond Milk
Bone Marrow Stew (Delicious) Coconut Oil 5 cloves of garlic half spanish onion 2 shallots 3 cups of red wine (cheat but worth it) 2 cups water 2 cloves tsp salt half tsp pepper Sawed beef shank (5 pieces) 2 large carrots One large sweet potato 5 baby bok choy (greens only) 1.5 cups of peas TBSP of Balsamic Vinegar Sawed beef shank (5 pieces)
This stew was amazing! I will be making it again. Hopefully it will be just as tasty without the wine.
