I dont want to weigh in in 15 minutes. My salt was high yesterday, I feel extremely thirsty which could mean I am holding water plus want more water. I stubbed my toe yesterday and its all swollen..its holding something. I feel extra fat this morning. I guess as long as I dont gain...suppose I should just do it and see.
