We'll today went okay I guess. We took a day trip to hear about a vacation package,because we one a 4 day and three night trip to the Bahamas on a cruise ship that we can use in the next year which was a great gift for us. While out we stopped and had breakfast and then lunch I tried to keep to my proteins for lunch. However I did go over my NC's a little, but I think I'll okay.

It's hard to do things 'perfectly' while out and about. But I do love how you don't have to worry as much while on the Atkins diet vs Weight Watchers, where one has to watch EVERY THING so closely. So few food choices, too.

Yes I agree at least with Atkins you can choose different meat on buffet just as long as it's not breaded lol.
