Day 2- Doing really well today, going to hit 10k on my watch for steps and active time. I haven't allowed myself to sit for more than 20 mins at a go. I hope I can keep this up. Just thinking about the day I am in and not the tomorrows. If I think about tomorrow I usually mess up my commitment. I am trying to be brutally honest w/ myself.
