Happy Valentine's!
Well, for me the day is almost over. Thank God! I ate and drank so much (despite my attempt of controlling myself, I still had many more calories than I should have had) but had a really good tie with my friends and my partner.
The good things of the day: parties, celebrations, snacks and drinks. The bad things of the day: entering my food in FS and seeing how much I ate, LOL. Also, no time to exercise as planned - I wanted to go to Badminton, but it was either that or drinks with friends to celebrate the day!
I feel a bit bad because of the high amount of calories; but I will consider this as my cheat day and try to not think too much about it. Tomorrow is a new day and I will make sure to exercise enough to at least 'pay back' some of those calories from today.
Tomorrow is also a hard day because I will go out with some friends to a very popular steak house... we have been waiting for a table for 4 weeks! so the place must be really good. I'll try my best to behave and will not go for the huge steak and potato as I would nomally do. I'll aim for a small steak and a salad. Gosh! I need to be strong!
After tomorrow, everything must go back to normal, so I will not panic yet.
Cheers!
