I am scared! I lost some ground the last couple of weeks and I am not even sure what triggered it, but I have been eating uncontrollably! I am trying to start over today and the cravings are otherworldly. I have lost 22 lbs since October 14, and I still have 15 to go, so I don't want to mess this up but it is soooo hard!! Today I have had my shake, a bowl of approved soup, and a handful of raw cashews--so far so good! But food is all I can think about here at work. And tonight is VDay dinner with my hubby! I have to tell on myself here because I know you have all been there!!

You have done so well! Take a break and don't feel guilty about it. Enjoy the day and tell yourself you will get back on track on the next meal, or even tomorrow. Treat yourself and enjoy Valentines!

Lisa. try to stick to veggies and protein. Stay away from starches if you can. They are what make us crave. Don't worry about tonight. Tomorrow is soon enough. Share a desert if you must. Don't guilt yourself. You haven't failed, you've gotten feedback. Accept it. You're fine. We all have ups and downs. It's when they make us feel like there's no use that there's a problem. You'll get back at it. :)

Thanks y'all!! He took me to a Cajun restaurant, only ate a bit off plan (mmm crawfish etoufee) and since then I have been doing much better!!
