Hi BCTrucker, may I ask why the change? Just FYI, quite often, the 0% yogurts have more sugar in them (no fat makes it taste bland, so they add sugar to make it taste better). Also, the fact that there is no fat in them, makes it that it does sustain as much as fatter yogurt, thus making you hungry faster, ending up in eating more. Just a suggestion, you might want to go back to plain 2% yogurt. That way, you don't have the sugar they put in vanilla flavoured yogurt, and you have the sustaining power of fat. If the taste is too plain, you might add a few drop of vanilla extract to your plain yogurt. Wish you success! aBitFat

Thanks for the info, I’ve got enough willpower during the week to not snack. On weekends it’s a different story. So this is the easiest way for me to lower fat intake. If it doesn’t do what I’m trying to accomplish, I’ll go back, because it really does taste like 💩!! 😜🤣🤣 But I’ve dropped 270 down to 180, now just trying to replace the fat with muscle, so I need to lower fat intake while increasing protein in.
