I know it's probably mainly due to a fasting/resting day yesterday but I was down 6 pounds at my first weigh-in since starting FS a little over a week ago. Even if I go back up a little in the next couple of days, it will be a loss. It felt so good! I haven't counted calories in years and I realize for me, it just works.
104.3 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 29.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
