My first day. Have to do something, don't feel good in my own body!! Have never been this heavy, I know not smoking after 2.5 yrs, menopause and underactive thyroid has contributed but my overall well being is my fault and now I really want to give it an honest effort to change!! Let's see how it goes.

Day 2 - Feeling good and I am definitely hitting my 10k on my steps!!!!! Walking and shoveling snow. I am just looking at the day that I am in, no tomorrows. I don't want to set myself up to fail. I was always thin till the last few yrs, thanks to menopause and not smoking I got huge, quit smoking to be healthy just to through that away. So it's time to make a commitment --to me!! You got this!!
