Chickturu's Journal, 13 Feb 14

Yestderday and today have been quite busy days in the office. For some reason, I also have been feeling terribly tired; I sleep enough but I wake up needing more rest; will pay more attention to my RDI and check if I am not undereating.

Also, I have been exercising - tue, wed, and today. :) Feels so good! now that I think about it this might also be a reason why I feel tired. But well, I am enjoying it so can't complain.

Tomorrow is my weigh in day and I'm nervous. I definitely believe I must have lost something in the last 2 weeks; however I'm hoping that it is more than just a couple of hundred grams. I expect it to be more, let's see!

I also read from some people that when trying to lose weight, it is not as relevant to balance your intake of carbs/proteins/fat, as it is to spend more calories than you eat. This makes me feel better because I was still struggling so much to understand how I should split my percentages. I believe as long as I'm not eating way too much of one and too less of the other, I should be fine.

The scale and the measuring tape will let me know if I am right, tomorrow.
