Today was a seriously busy day..didn't feel like eating when I woke up this AM due to staying up really late and having a couple cocktails. Then was so busy just grabbed a quick snack type lunch and stayed busy right up to supper which meant ordering pizza..on the plus side since I was soo busy today and didn't eat much thruout the day I still stayed under my calorie level even with the pizza.. On the minus - didn't get my flax in for a couple days in a row and haven't gotten enough sleep all weekend Ugh!! Thank goodness I have tomorrow off too for homework and napping!!

Relax about the flax...lol, sounds like you handled your day very well and I wanted to thank you for the flax recipe as that sound like a very good treat...with the whipped cream, jello and flax...Sleep well TOWANDA!!!!
