I've decided not to weigh myself during my TOM because I know the inevitable water weight gain that I have every single month, and you know what, I don't need a reason to be discouraged. I will keep doing what I know is right for me with eating right and exercising right and weigh myself when it's all over and hope that any weight I put o during is just water weight. It's so hard Not to step on the scale!
Anyone else have any pointers for that TOM? I crave chocolate and although I can control my calories, it's still a rough go...
My abs are sore from the BL last chance video I did yesterday. It wasn't super intense, but I can def tell that it worked things that I don't usually work!! I did that again this morning and then I did 3200 steps on the Wii Fit free step. It was 30 minutes worth. The little voice in the wii remote said "You're going to be tired tonight." Hahaha. Wanna know what was really awesome though? On the Wii sports there is boxing, and believe it or not, if you try hard enough you can get a good 30 minute workout playing that!! =)
It's raining and nasty out, so the usual walking/running was out of the question. I'm very happy to have these other things to fall back on.
