Alhamdulillah setelah 2 mingguan stuck di bb yg sama, akhirnya turun jg walaupun sdikit gpp, yg pnting perlahan tp pasti.. buat tmn2 yg stuck mgkin bhkan hampir 1 bln jgn pernah menyerah yaa, ttp konsisten dan ttp jalani pola diet sehat dan menyenangkan💙
