Meal prep for the next week done. woohoo. Next Wednesday will do the same. I am off on Wednesday so that is my clean; shop and prep day. Now I will have no feeding frenzy hopefully. hahaha I am new to doing this so we will see. Really trying to make some changes and stick with it this go. Loose the excess adipose and keep it off.
