Resep sup tahu telur
Bahan :
1 suing bamer
1 suing baput
1 cabe merah
2 telur
25g sawi hijau
Daun bawang
Tahu putih
Bumbu perasa (garam, royko, lada, gula)
Toping (bon nori pedes, saus abc sachet)
Cara buat :
- potong bamer baput cabe lalu di sangrai hingga harum
- lalu masukan telur orak arik hingga matang
- tambahkan air secukupnya, tambahkan sawi hijau tahu dan bumbu perasa tunggu sampai matang
