@Nur_ iyaa asik klo kita dah pandai ngitung kalori yg masuk,tapi jangan lupa ya tiap hari ditimbang badannya disaat yg sama,pakaian yg sama,liat seminggu apakah ada turun,klo turun berarti perhitungan kita dah bener di defisit kalori,kalau gak turun di benahi lg,kemungkinan ada kalori yg gak kehitung
