I managed to constrain myself somewhat at the Super Bowl party. But who really knows how many carbs and calories were in that lobster dip?

Hey, gotta celebrate the small wins too. Not eating a whole bowl of lobster dip is definitely a win over eating the whole thing with the dippers and then feeling bad about it afterwards. Just clear your mind for the new day and jump right back on track. We all slip a bit sometimes - it's just nice to indulge in life occasionally or what's even the point
