carbs are much better today!:) I am not sure if I can start the Pilates Dtox with the entire class as Andrea has an appointment at 1120 in St. Louis Park the class that I am signed up for is from 10-11 on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I still have yet to cut out my coffee fix but that should not be two bad It is more habit that I drink a cup or two when I get to work at night than a physical addiction.
