@andesi putrisari, gula gak bs lepas kak wkwkkw, ttp makan dong. Selagi bisa olahraga . Makan ttp makan yg penting gak lebih 300 dari BMR, biasa makan pas pas di bmr. Paliing lebih 100 gt. Minyak konsumsi kak, kdg".. Wo sm durasi nnt ku tulis di atas y kak.
