Today seemed to fly past me..haha. I made sure to start with a healthy breakfast and I think I'm addicted to the plain oatmeal vs. the packets. I only used 1/4 cup of the oatmeal and with the flax a small amount of milk and some altern boy was it good!! Not to mention quite a few less calories than the packed kind which I add the flax to anyway. Lunch was my turkey sandwich..yummy! With a side of jello and I had only 2 packets of the animal crackers I snacked on today. By the time I got home I was a little hungry so had another Jello and then YAY!! Dinner time..at which point I noticed I was actually a little low on calories so I did extra ham... I am AMAZED at how full I can feel on such low calories just by being more aware of the foods I can eat. I must admit I'm glad I don't have class tomorrow and get to enjoy my cabbage and onion lunch..I've been craving it!! HAHA
