OK I am finally back after about a 6 week hiatus. I just kind of lost control after the tragedy in early December. I had to re-prioritize and just get through the holidays.
I have been trying to get back on plan since last Monday (1/3/11) but haven't done so well. My daughter turned 16 on Sunday and I made her the most delicious chocolate cake. Unfortunately with it being my first week back low-carbing, I didn't do so good resisting the temptation.
Yesterday was my first cheat-free day! Gosh the first week is tough!! I wish I could remember exactly what I did back in August to set me off on such a good path. I will get there though and I will lose the 10 lbs I gained again plus more.
