🌻...karena mata kita bisa menipu 😂 Aku sering bgt pengalaman kayak gini. Ngambil tahu yg terlihat sedikit lbh besar utk suami, yg terlihat sedikit lbh kecil utkku. Ternyata pas ditimbang... juatru kebalikannya. Yg terlihat lbh kecil malah lebih berat. Sering kejadian begini. Makanya, perlu bgt sih invest di timbangan, menurutku. 🌻 ....karena kalau jatah kalori sedikit, kita mesti hitung2an, ya gak? Sama kayak kalo uang cuma sedikit, kita hitung2an mau beli barang apa yg benar2 perlu. Kalo uang banyak mah, bebas foya-foya (dalam hal ini kalori) 😂
