ggggrrrr. I know I did not get fat over night. but it is so frustrating that if I am not on top of it for 1 day how it totally derails me. Then I end up saying screw it and then it takes me a few binges and days to get back on goal. By then I am so sick of myself I feel miserable......Still hanging onto the wagon.....dragging but I am still on this mother....
