Day 6. I am definitely becoming a numbers geek; now I remember why I took an 8 year hiatus from counting calories. I spent most of my day crunching numbers - it's kind of fun though, a labor of love I guess. On another note, I can see why "they" always say we tend to underestimate our caloric intake; if I couldn't see the cold hard facts, I'd think I was doing awesome - but looking at that daily average number for the month, I'm still over my target RDI. I know it will come down as the month progresses (unless I indulge in red wine and chocolate during a Downton Abby binge). Speaking of which, gotta catch up on my show - no wine or chocolate though :(
