Yesterday I was all boo-hoo about not losing so I took a look at my numbers. I have calories set at 1300 and I averaged 1350. I guess I've found a good number for maintaining. The last week that I had a substantial loss I averaged around 1200. Soooo I guess it's time to reign it in.
It's a new month and a Monday and the new weekly challenge will be starting I will drop to 1200 calories. I will drink a minimum of 48 oz water I will keep plugging along
