what does proper diet consists of?

It's just that consuming only the required calories..during my previous attempts at weight loss,even though I exercised..I didn't take much notice of what I ate..so there were no changes. But this time around I only consumed the required calories..and I actually started seeing results for the first time 😃

Are u vegetarian? If yes can you help me with what u ate? Just few meals would help.. So i can have them😅😅

✓I'm really sry ya..I'm not vegetarian..based on ur height and weight..and the daily work u do, the calories u have to consume might be different than how much I consume..so it will not help u knowing what I eat😕..but here.. ✓basically for breakfast I eat 2 dosa with chutney and a glass of milk.. ✓then for lunch it's rice with any protien..mostly fish..not sure about veggies yaar😕.. ✓I exercise in evening..no snacks..just 2 glasses of warm water mixed with one full lemon(after exercise helps in muscle soreness)... ✓for Dinner it's one boiled egg..an apple..and sprouts (rich in protein and fibre) ✓I use olive oil for any fries I make [Completely cut myself from any junk food for this month ✓regular exercise is as important as diet for weight loss I Hope I was of some help ✨

U had rice?? Isn't it high on carb🤔🤔 dosa and chutney and milk I can have.. No issue.. And for protein I take soya chunk.. But for rice are u sure.. If yes I'll be more than happy.. And regular exercise I just strtd.. And I drink moringa juice too in morning.. I can include warm water..

It's almost impossible to avoid rice in India..we know that right😂..carbs are of course necessary in our meals..it just depends on u..on how to consume the daily carbs..we should never entirely avoid a nutrient..if u take carbs in the form of rice..it's fine..just make sure that u don't take anymore high carbs for the day from other foods...rice for one meal a day(lunch) would give u the required calories and keep u full..and the remaining is easy..just don't take anymore high carbs throughout the day😄

Well it's true.. Rice can't be avoided.. But it's been 1 nd half month since I ate rice😅😅 instead I have two roti as carb intake..
