Day 5. Yesterday was Super Bowl Sunday....Broncos lost :( Finished a killer workout yesterday, an hour on the ARC trainer and a weight session working the muscle groups in the back. Post workout, I attended a party. Once again, my eating was definitely more socially driven vice hunger driven. In fact I found myself thinking, "why am I eating this?" The damage wasn't too bad, but I could of done without the (3) chocolate chip cookies! What I do like about this Mit Carson Chow concept is that it promotes accounting for calories in a bigger snapshot in time in addition to daily calorie counting. Since Fat Secret shows a daily average and a monthly total, massaging my intake as the month progresses allows me to make small changes that really add up by the end of the month. Being (5) days into my plan, I can definitely regain the ground I've lost in a safe way.
