There’s something so satisfying about the scale being at an even number. It’s been a tumultuous month but I’ve lost 8 pounds. A few slip ups with the booze and drugs but when I’ve been sober I’ve been pretty in control. I almost caved and got BK after some hospital tests to comfort me but instead I went to this new sandwich joint by Trinity Bellwood’s and got myself some handmade fresh hoagies. Nothing fried on them just good ol’ flavour combos. I’m a big fan of this community on here you’re so supportive and I couldn’t have done this without all your inspiration. February is gonna be even better I can feel it!!!
