Day 3. Today was difficult because I was eating in social situations. While I felt I mitigated risk in some areas (i.e. I split my burger with my Aunt, split my potato and then only ate half of the half, etc) I rapidly learned today that food + friends equals a temptation I don't necessarily want to turn down in those situations. Did I mention I went olive oil tasting - what was I thinking? I plan on hitting the gym tomorrow, maybe I'll shoot for a 900 calorie workout; that should help offset the damage. There is comfort knowing that these outings rarely happen; eating at home where I can measure and research data or look on the back of a package is so much easier. Go BRONCOS!
