Good morning, Fatsecret. I planned my meals for today and got my walking done. I'll do my other workouts throughout the day during my break so that I can force myself away from the computer. I often work too long and my eyes take a big hit. Everyday I'm working on being a better me. This is necessary for me because I'm not short of just becoming a couch potato and zoning out. :) Be well, everyone.
