I have not logged my meals since before thanksgiving. I have had a really hard time getting back on track. Today I am starting again. I am going to try protein shakes and Whole Foods and limit my snacking. My goal is to work out 2 times this week and walk my dogs at least 6 days this week. I really would like to get my weight down and feel more comfortable in my body because right now I feel like crap inside and out. Here’s to a new beginning.
