Still at 201, which is up a couple of pounds, but I do notice the difference in how my clothing fits. That's encouraging. Next week will try to stick to a lower calorie intake; going from 1400 to 1200, just to speed up the process a bit. I really do look forward to doing some walking, once the weather improves. If I just lose a whole 25 pounds this year, it will improve my energy and attitude.
