kalau aku lagi pakai Keoni Tamayo (Reps to the Rhythm) kak. cuman jalan kaki aja, aku recommend ini ke ibuku juga, dan beliau suka karna gerakannya ringan, tp bakar kalorinya lumayan. fun gitu, kaya lagi joget di party 😂
