1. Siapin wadah yg memiliki tutup rapat (bisa toples/mangkuk kecil) 2. Haluskan pisang kemudian campur dengan chia seed + rolled oat 3. Masukkan campuran bahan tadi kedalam wadah overnight kemudian tuang susu low fat, aduk perlahan sampai susu merata 4. Tutup wadah serapat mungkin 5. Simpan di kulkas semalaman / 5 jam lebih

Rasa rolled oatnya udh bukan kayak oats biasa, teksturnya bakal berubah jadi lebih lunak. Klo yg udh terbiasa pasti suka hehehe
